Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Associates to join our team. As a Retail Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This is an excellent opportunity for fresher or experienced candidates to kick-start their career in retail and contribute to the success of our team. Responsibilities: Assist in day-to-day store operations, including stocking, billing, display arrangement, and housekeeping. Provide excellent customer service, handle product inquiries politely, and respond to customer needs. Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and order in the assigned department. Follow safety and quality protocols as per company standards. Report inventory shortages or damages to supervisors. Collaborate with co-workers and supervisors to achieve daily operational targets. Requirements Education: Minimum 12th Pass Gender: Female Only Age: Up to 35 years Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Language: Basic English communication (Arabic knowledge is an advantage). Medical Fitness: Mandatory (as per GCC medical standards).
