The role involves engaging with students over the phone, explaining our educational courses, generating interest, and connecting potential leads with the senior academic counselors. In certain cases, you may also be required to close the sale yourself. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and explain the courses offered by the academy. Generate interest and qualify leads through effective communication and persuasion. Schedule follow-up calls or transfer hot leads to senior academic counselors. Maintain a proper record of leads and daily call activities. Occasionally handle end-to-end conversion (close the sale). Achieve weekly and monthly targets.
