Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the branch team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets. Monitor staff performance, conduct reviews, and ensure 100% productivity. Ensure smooth centre operations including client handling, service quality, and team coordination. Maintain high standards of customer experience and satisfaction. Prepare daily and monthly MIS reports and share with management. Plan and implement sales promotions and activities to drive business growth. Handle escalations, resolve client concerns, and maintain strong client relationships. Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct across the team. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve excellence. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-oriented, self-driven, and performance-focused. Sound understanding of sales processes and customer service. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage pressure and multitask efficiently. Eligibility Criteria:Graduate or Postgraduate (MBA preferred). Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales / Operations / Service Management. Experience in managing branch or team operations is a must.
