Position: HDO Engineer Location: Guwahati Company: Airtel Job Description:We are hiring HDO Engineers for Airtel to handle broadband installation, maintenance, and network support operations in the Guwahati region. Key Responsibilities:Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Airtel broadband connections at customer premises. Ensure timely resolution of service requests and customer complaints. Coordinate with backend and field teams for network-related issues. Conduct periodic maintenance of network equipment and infrastructure. Maintain accurate documentation of service calls and installation reports. Follow safety and quality standards during field operations.
