We are looking for a highly driven Senior Executive Sales to join our team at Aakash Digital Team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proven sales track record, and the ability to understand student needs and guide them towards the right academic programs. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Aakashs educational programs. Counsel students and parents, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable courses. Conduct follow-ups via calls, emails, and meetings to convert inquiries into admissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and school partners. Participate in seminars, events, and outreach activities to generate leads. Maintain updated records in CRM systems. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding. Required Skills & Qualifications: 13 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (Education/EdTech preferred). Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
