JOB SUMMARY- We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our business. The BDE will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales opportunities. The ideal candidate should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a career in business development and sales. KEYS RESPONSIBILITIES- 1 Lead Generation: 1.1 Generating leads through various channels such as networking, cold calling, B2B portals, social media, references etc. 1.2 Qualifying leads and identifying decision-makers within target organizations. 1.3 Developing and executing sales strategies and plans to achieve revenue targets. 1.4 Identifying new business opportunities and markets for expansion 2 Relationship Building: 2.1 Establishing and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients. 3 Pitching and Presentation: 3.1 Creating and delivering compelling presentations and pitches to potential clients. 3.2 Demonstrating the value proposition and benefits of products or services. 4 Negotiation and Closing: 4.1 Closing deals and ensuring smooth transition to the account management team. 5 Reporting: 5.1 Daily tracking and reporting on sales performance, metrics, and KPIs. 5.2 Assisting with special projects or tasks as assigned by manager/management, which may involve research, data analysis, or other administrative duties. KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE- Bachelors or Masters degree in any specialization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good presentation and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office an
