Maintain and oversee day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities. Prepare and manage invoices, purchase orders, bills, and cashbooks. Monitor and verify all company expenses and maintain expense records. Handle payroll preparation and salary disbursement, including attendance & deductions. Prepare and maintain banking documents such as NEFT/RTGS, bank reconciliation statements, fund transfer records, online payments, and LC-related work if required. Ensure GST filing, TDS filing, and other statutory compliances (monthly/quarterly/annual). Prepare financial documents required for government tenders, such as turnover certificates, IT returns, net worth certificates, balance sheets, and vendor registration support. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and departments for financial queries. Maintain organized records of accounts, taxation documents, and tender finance-related files. Assist management with budget planning, cost control, and financial reporting.
