What You'llActuallyDo : You will own the entire development lifecycle. One day you'll be optimizing a database query, the next you're debating UI/UX with the founder, and the next you're deploying a critical hotfix. Expect chaos, autonomy, and massive impact. Build, ship, and maintain end-to-end features for our web application. Make foundational architectural decisions that will scale with us. Turn product specs and wireframes (often sketched on a napkin) into clean, functional code. Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (initially, it's all you). Talk directly with early users to understand their pain points and iterate. Wear every hat imaginable: developer, DevOps, QA, part-time product advisor.
