Department: Sales & Client Coordination Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable) Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and persuasive Telecaller / Lead Conversion Executive who will handle incoming leads, understand client requirements in detail, and drive them towards site visits and project initiation. The role involves continuous follow-ups, relationship building, and coordination between clients and interior designers until the token amount is received. Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Calling & Qualification Call leads generated through online lead forms, campaigns, and references Introduce the company and services in a professional and friendly manner Understand the clients: Property type (flat / house / commercial) Location Budget range Timeline Interior requirements and expectations Update complete lead details accurately in CRM / lead sheet 2. Client Convincing & Relationship Building Explain the value proposition of the company and its interior designers Build trust and rapport with clients who take longer to decide Handle objections and concerns confidently Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp without being pushy 3. Site Visit Scheduling & Coordination Convince qualified leads to initiate a site visit Schedule site visits by coordinating: Client availability Interior Designer availability Share site visit details clearly with both parties Ensure smooth execution of the site visit 4. Conference Call Scheduling Schedule and coordinate conference calls between: Client Interior Designer Ensure all participants are informed about call timing and agenda Follow up after calls to understand client feedback and next steps 5. Post Site Visit Follow-Up Follow up with the client after the site visit Address queries, doubts, or delays in decision-making Keep nudging the lead professionally until: Design discussion progresses Token money is paid Update management regularly on lead stat
