Job Responsibilities MIS Specialist (Recovery & Collection)The MIS Specialist will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting operational data related to recovery and collection activities to support management decisions and client reporting. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for recovery and collection portfolios. Track and analyze collection performance, including: Bucket-wise recovery Agent-wise productivity Portfolio aging and resolutions Generate client-specific MIS reports as per defined SLAs and formats. Monitor targets vs achievements for: Field collection teams Telecalling teams Backend support teams Maintain and update master data, allocation sheets, payment trackers, and portfolio movement reports. Analyze trends related to: Delinquencies Rollbacks Recoveries Closures and settlements Coordinate with operations, field staff, telecalling teams, and management for data validation and reconciliation.
