Job Title: Relationship Manager Sales (Automobile Sector) Location: Boragaon, Guwahati Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Automobile Sales / Customer Relationship Roles Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable automobile solutions. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in automobile sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financial solutions. Handle end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, delivery, and post-sales support. Conduct follow-ups, test drive scheduling, and customer engagement activities. Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports. Stay updated with product knowledge, pricing, and market trends. Eligibility & Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in automobile sales or a related customer-facing role. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management abilities. Ability to meet sales targets and work under pressure. Basic knowledge of vehicle financing, insurance, and documentation is preferred. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage.
