Job Overview Inspecting, analyzing and trouble shooting products. Reading repair manuals and lialising other professionals. Responsibilities and Duties Install and test products to make sure they work correctly. Follow installation and operation manuals. Responds to service request and repair prodcuts. Uses diagnostic tools to determine repair plans. Teaches customer how to use their products. Escalate issues to manager promptly. Knows how to use the necessary tools and equipments. Writes service report after every appointment. collaborates with managers and other service technicians. Follow all company policies and procedures. Adhere to safety regulations and industry standards. Qualifications 10th or HSC Experience 0-1year Special skills Technical Knowledge Personal charecterstics Effective Communication(Hindhi & Regional languages ), and to be able to follow safety procedures at all times, working carefully and with great attention to detail. Liecence & Bike 2 wheeler(Must have) Personality Positive attitude, enthusiastic and honest. Circumstances Flexible approach to work, and be prepared to work extra hours as and when required. Physical Attributes Business-like but appropriate attire. Well presented, articulate and excellent communicator.
