Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Service: Welcome and assist customers with product selection, especially parents and children Explain toy features, age-appropriateness, safety, and benefits Recommend toys based on customer preferences and needs Maintain store cleanliness and attractive product displays Support promotional activities and festive sales campaigns Cashiering & Billing: Operate POS system for billing and accept payments (cash, cards, UPI, etc.) Issue invoices, apply discounts or offers, and handle returns/refunds as per policy Maintain accurate cash and card transaction records Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of the shift Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, label, and stock new inventory Maintain accurate stock records in inventory software or register Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for reordering Conduct regular physical stock checks and report discrepancies Ensure proper storage and care of toys to avoid damage Requirements: 12 years of experience in retail sales, cashiering, or inventory management (toy/kids store preferred) Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
