Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE) US Candidate Outreach Location: Remote / Work from Home Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Experience: 02 years (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome) About Us: At Kepler 22 LLC, we specialize in training and placing candidates in high-demand technical domains. We are currently expanding our outreach efforts and looking for enthusiastic Business Development Executives who can connect with candidates across the US and promote our technical training programs. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential candidates in the US and promote our technical training programs. Clearly communicate the program structure, benefits, and outcomes to interested individuals. Handle queries professionally and follow up to ensure successful enrollment. Achieve daily/weekly targets for candidate outreach and conversions. Maintain accurate records of all interactions and report progress to the team. Collaborate with internal teams to refine scripts and outreach strategies. Required Skills: Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written (must be fluent and confident in speaking with US citizens). Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a passion for connecting with people and meeting targets. Candidates must have their own laptop and good internet connection. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in telecalling, counseling, sales, or recruitment (especially for US clients) is a plus.
