We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive with a valid two-wheeler license to join our growing team. The role involves daily field visits to promote and sell our products/services, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. Ideal for individuals who enjoy on-the-ground client interaction and have a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities: Visit clients/customers daily using a personal bike to pitch products or services. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals. Maintain strong client relationships and follow up regularly. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Submit daily activity and sales reports to the manager. Collect customer feedback and market insights. Ensure timely collection of payments (if applicable). Requirements: Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Field Sales Representative, or similar role. Valid two-wheeler driving license. Must own a two-wheeler (or be willing to use one for work). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and closing skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Knowledge of local geography/area is a plus. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Diploma in any discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Business, etc.). License: Valid two-wheeler driving license. Must own or have access to a two-wheeler for work. Prior field sales experience is a plus but not mandatory. Good communication skills in local language; basic English is a bonus.
