Position Title: Business Development Manager Location: Noonmati,Guwahati-781020 Department: Sales & Marketing Job Objective: To generate new business opportunities, acquire clients, and grow revenue for our security services by establishing strong networks and long-term partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Identify and target potential clients (corporate offices, factories, residential societies, malls, etc.) Generate qualified leads through cold calling, networking, digital channels, and references. Meet clients, understand their security requirements, and pitch suitable solutions. Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and agreements. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain strong follow-up and close deals timely. Coordinate with operations for deployment planning and smooth service onboarding. Conduct market research and stay updated on competitor offerings and pricing. Maintain proper documentation of leads, meetings, proposals, and client feedback. Attend trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in business or related field. 3+ years of sales experience in security services or manpower outsourcing preferred. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Target-driven and self-motivated. Proficiency in MS Office, Email, and CRM tools
