Position : Field Executive Job location : Guwahati Job type : Full time Mission Be the friendly face of AIRAVATL, bringing drivers and neighbourhood businesses onto our logistics marketplace appfast, smooth, and fully verified. What Youll Do Prospect & Pitch: Visit transport hubs, market places, and retail clusters to demo the AIRAVATL app and register drivers (3-wheelers to trucks) and local shippers. Verify & Activate: Collect and upload licences, RCs, permits, and KYC documents for instant account activation. Train & Support: Walk new users through the app, answer questions, and ensure their first booking goes live. Report & Improve: Track daily sign-ups and share on-ground insights with the product and ops teams. What Youll Need Experience: 0-2 years in field sales or on-ground operations; logistics/transport exposure is a plus. Freshers are welcomed. Qualification: minimum class 12th/diploma pass required. Languages: Hindi, Assamese, Bengali; basic English. Tech Skills: Confident Android userable to teach the app quickly. Mobility: Must have your own 2-wheeler and willingness to travel across the city. Earnings & Benefits Earning : Minimum 12,000 per month + travel allowance + incentive. Rapid Growth: Salary hike eligibility after 3 months upon hitting targets.
