Closely monitoring the CCTV cameras of the respective center / location as assigned by the Team Leader using the standard checklist.Follow the standard process of notifying in the event of any non-compliances / suspicious activity observed with details to the center manager / reporting manager. Daily check for the health status of the CCTV / surveillance system, DVR/NAS devices and cameras installed at the location and maintain record for the same.Timely identification of any faults in CCTV surveillance system and ensure that the fault is fixed within TAT at assigned locations. Maintain the track of the CCTV Surveillance Data, Copy it in external Storage devices on daily basis.
