Job Summary We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telesales Academic Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students and parents about our educational programs, converting leads into enrollments, and providing academic counseling over phone calls. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided leads. Counsel students regarding various educational courses, programs, and offerings. Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets in terms of call volume, conversions, and revenue. Maintain records of all interactions in the CRM system accurately. Follow up on inquiries and leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, etc. Coordinate with academic and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding of students. Build trust and rapport with students and maintain lo ng-term relationships.
