About the Role Zuvy Store is seeking dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn as well as experienced professionals (14 years) in business development, recruitment, or team handling. Key Responsibilities Drive business growth by identifying, approaching, and developing new opportunities. Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients and candidates. Conduct market research to track industry trends and identify potential clients. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviews, and onboarding). For experienced candidates: Independently handle client requirements and mentor junior team members. For freshers: Learn and contribute to recruitment and business development under expert guidance. Collaborate with the team, share ideas, and take ownership of assigned tasks. Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and client presentations. Key Skills & Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates. Freshers: Enthusiasm and willingness to learn and grow. Experienced candidates: Proven expertise in business development, recruitment, and team management. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills. Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field. 04 years of experience in business development, recruitment, or team handling (experience preferred, not mandatory).
