Key Responsibilities 1. Hiring Sales Agents Hire and manage 10+ door-to-door sales agents in your city. Source candidates through schools, colleges, ITIs, referrals, and job boards. 2. Onboarding & Training Conduct joining sessions, train agents on sales pitch, and help plan daily routes. Ensure agents understand customer approach, daily reporting, and script adherence. 3. Daily Operations & Team Management Manage team communication via Telegram/WhatsApp groups. Track attendance, customer visits, calls, and sales performance. Motivate low performers and recognize top achievers. 4. Field Discipline Ensure agents follow the daily door-to-door sales process: visits demos closures. Organize small team meet-ups when needed. 5. Coordination with Stakeholders Work closely with the Regional Manager on hiring and target planning. Coordinate with schools/colleges for hiring events or internships. 6. Reporting & Compliance Maintain records of hiring, daily activities, sales, and payouts. Follow company policies, ethical sales practices, and maintain clean data. Targets & GoalsHire and activate 10 agents within 23 weeks. Maintain at least 80% agent activity weekly. Achieve city-wise monthly sales and activation targets. Ensure proper data maintenance and adherence to scripts. Salary & Incentives Fixed Pay: Based on experience. Variable Pay: 20% of sales generated by your team (as per company policy). Bonuses for top performance, low attrition, and quick results. Full incentive details will be shared during the offer stage. Who Can Apply 15 years of experience in sales, hiring, EdTech, telecom or similar fields. Strong experience in local hiring and team management. Fluent in Hindi and English (regional languages are a plus). Must have a smartphone, internet, and basic Excel/Sheets skills.
