Job Description Senior Operations Executive Department: Operations Reports To: General Manager / Director Location: Ulubari, Guwahati, Assam Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 3+ years in Operations / MIS / Tender or Project Coordination Position Overview: The Senior Operations Executive plays a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of company operations across departments. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, maintaining operational data accuracy, supporting customer interactions, managing project files, and contributing to business efficiency through structured MIS and database management. The individual will act as a central link between Sales, Inventory, Technical, and Accounts teams to ensure timely execution of projects, service calls, and tender submissions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operations Management & Coordination Coordinate with Sales, Inventory, Technical, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth flow of information and timely execution of tasks. Track project progress from order confirmation to completion and invoicing. Monitor material availability, technician scheduling, and service status. Prepare and maintain project documentation, installation reports, and service files. Ensure all approvals (Operations, Inventory, Technical, and Accounts) are obtained and documented. 2. MIS & Reporting Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) to track key operational metrics such as open orders, pending installations, service calls, and payment status. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management review. Identify gaps, delays, and bottlenecks through data analysis and propose corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date dashboards and assist management in data-driven decision-making. 3. Customer Support & Communication Serve as a point of contact for customer queries related to order status, service requests, and AMC renewals.
