Mixed Fertilizers

Mixed fertilizer generally refers to a fertilizer having two or more of the fertilizer ingredients of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium (NPK) which are required for promoting plant growth and high crop yields. They are obtained by mixing the ingredients proportionately either manually or mechanically. NPK mixed fertilizers are formed by agricultural scientists to increase the crop output by giving it specific blend of plant nutrients. They are basically tailor made as per the soil and crop requirements.
