BIO FERTILIZERS

Bio Fertilizers are termed as preparations containing living cells or latent cells of
efficient strains of microorganisms that crop plants with uptake of nutrients by their
interactions in the rhizosphere when applied through seed or soil. Bio fertilizers
are substance that contains microbes, which helps in promoting the growth of plants
and trees by increasing the supply of essential nutrients to the plants. The fertilizers are used to
improve the fertility of the land using biological wastes; hence the term bio fertilizers and
biological wastes do not contain any chemicals which are detrimental to the living soil. Bio Fertilizers are eco-friendly and also guard the ecosystem in opposition to pollution.
Bio Fertilizers are inexpensive hence weak farmers can easily utilize it. It has the
potential to increase the health and productivity of plant life and reduce the need to use
synthetic fertilizers. Bio Fertilizer enhances the water holding capacity of the soil and
adds essential nutrients such as nitrogen, vitamins and proteins to the soil.
