Anyone using AI for basic customer service tasks?
Thinking about trying one of those assistants that reply to FAQs or handle first-line support. Just not sure if it’s worth the setup time. Would love to hear real experiences if anyone’s tried it.
Someone in a local entrepreneur group posted about this tool that’s leaning into chatbot ai for small businesses. The name didn’t ring a bell but the concept clicked — a lightweight assistant that helps without needing a 3-hour setup. Signed up to the waitlist (free), and I’m hoping it fits into my workflow.
