A few years ago, I had suspension work done at a place in Dubai. A week later, a noise came back. When I returned, they denied responsibility and wanted to charge me again. Since then, I’ve made it a rule: no warranty, no deal. A decent shop will always offer at least 30 days warranty, often more. It shows they’re confident in their work. Before I agree to anything, I ask them to put the warranty terms in writing. If they dodge or say “don’t worry, we’ll take care of you,” I run. Trust is built on transparency. Found this in an article recently and totally agree with every point: https://vibromedia.com/how-to-choose-a-reliable-car-repair-shop-in-dubai/ – read it before your next visit to the mechanic.
