Jesmina Zeliang From working with only 3 women weavers in Nagaland, Jesmina Zeliang is today an Executive Member of the Handicrafts and Carpet Sector Skill Council from the North East Region. She is a Committee of Administration (COA) from the North East to Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts for the third consecutive term since 2012.In her early 50s now, Jesmina Zeliang wears many hats. She is the Founder/Proprietor of Cane Concepts established in 1993 – manufacturing and exporting cane and bamboo products. She opened a high end store Konyak, a specialty outlet selling products from Nagaland, located in Guwahati and Dibrugarh (Assam).
