Due to the evolving nature of the medical industry, vast complexes involving different departments, ensuring the proper workflow in such an environment is not an easy task. This is where the role of hospital administration comes in. They create and ensure a proper work order for the institution to ensure maximum productivity. Also, known as a Healthcare Manager, he/she is not a healthcare professional and does not practice healthcare duties of any sort, but looks after the business operations of a hospital or health care centre.
