Chilli Oil

Chilli oil is a condiment made from vegetable oil that has been infused with chilli peppers. It is a hot sauce made from chilli peppers and other spices. It is used to add heat and flavour to food. Different types of oil and hot peppers are used, and other components may also be included. Chilli oil is used in the pan as a cooking base for meats and vegetables, as a spicy dipping sauce for rolls and dumplings, or drizzled over almost anything. In any way it’s used, chilli oil packs a hot punch with every bite.
