Peach

Peach is a juicy fruit of excellent appearance and quality. It is used as fresh as well as in preserved form. The fruit has yellow or whitish flesh, a delicate aroma, and a skin that is either velvety or smooth in different cultivars. Uttarakhand is the largest producer of Peach in India. It grows well in humid climate with cold winter and dry summer.
