Rosemary

Rosemary, known by its scientific name Salvia Rosmarinus is a shrub native to the western mediterranean region. Rosemary is used as a seasoning in food dishes. It has aromatic and distinctive herb with a sweet, resinous flavor. Its oil is used in aroma therapy. This plant requires cool winter and mild summer below 30 degree Celsius.  This plant is further used in pharmaceutical, perfumery and cosmetics industries. This herb can be grown in all over the country as it is easy to grow and also the farming cost is low.
