Meet Matsiewdor War Nongbri, Director of the Department of Arts and Culture, Meghalaya Government. She won fame by simply doing what she does most - "Shoot to win". Matsiewdor War Nongbri is the first person in the history of Meghalaya to represent the state and the world as one of the judges of Archery at the London Olympics Games, 2012.
